KommoGEN

Service

Development and API Integrations

When no off-the-shelf solution exists on the market, we build our own. KommoGEN's project-proven track record: two-way synchronization between Kommo and ClubIS for a fitness club chain (the entire staff moved to a single system); merging data from different PBX systems and messengers through custom development for the federal Karcher network (with a plan for two-way 1C synchronization for each branch); integration with the Logus HMS medical system for the Zolotoi Kolos sanatorium; call recording from different PBX systems and mobile devices with storage on the client's server, plus Yandex.Disk ↔ Kommo ↔ client server synchronization for an electronic lock manufacturer; linking a mobile number to the CRM and recording calls in lead cards without a PBX for a museum and exhibition company; automatic generation of contracts and invoices (document management) for a drone manufacturer; and automatic SMS-based document signing from the CRM for the PONAEHALI travel company. A separate focus is our own products: 16 widgets for Kommo, including the Bonus System, born from a real client's technical specification.

Challenges

What we solve

  • No off-the-shelf solutions for the specifics of your business
  • Data scattered across the CRM, accounting system (1C, ClubIS, Logus HMS), and telephony
  • A need for two-way system synchronization, not a one-time data migration
  • Documents (contracts, invoices, quotes) created manually
  • Calls from mobile phones and different PBX systems never reach the CRM
