The task

To unite the full sales and equipment servicing cycle in a single window for a network of companies across Russia — the country's largest distributor of Karcher equipment.

The problem

A large number of users in different regions were used to working in their own ways, so adapting to a single system was difficult. Data was scattered across messengers and different PBX systems, and there was no hierarchical control.

What we did

The project began with a full audit, an implementation plan, and a technical specification, followed by system configuration and customization, and employee training and adaptation. The system covers the B2B, B2C, and service lines and includes 3 core pipelines: each employee sees only their area of responsibility. Cross-department workflows are configured with task specifics and action automation. All communication channels are connected; data from different messengers and PBX systems is merged through custom development, which enabled hierarchical control. Work outside the office and from mobile devices is supported. Expansion work continues: plans include integrating each branch's 1C into a two-way synchronization with the unified Kommo.

Project highlights

  1. 013 core pipelines: B2B, B2C and service
  2. 02Access rights separation: each employee sees only their area of responsibility
  3. 03Automation of inter-department processes and task assignment
  4. 04Consolidating data from multiple messengers and PBXs into a single system
  5. 05Hierarchical control of regional branches
  6. 06Full audit, implementation plan and spec before work start
  7. 07Employee training and adaptation

The result

The Kommo implementation significantly changed the very approach to work — everything became transparent and maximally simple after training. The work cycle is not complete: new branches continue to be connected.
